VR HOLDING is a development company founded in 2010 by businessman Noshiko Namoradze. It was one of the first companies to introduce the highest standards in the development industry in the Georgian market. Today, the company implements innovative, high-quality, and modern projects across Georgia.

Acquisition of an 8-hectare land plot, obtaining a construction permit and commencement of the development of Phases 1–3 of the VR Krtsanisi Resort Residence project.
2019
Acquisition of a 20-hectare land plot, obtaining a construction permit, and commencement of the development of Phases 4–6 of the VR Krtsanisi Resort Residence project.
2023
Acquisition of a 40-hectare land plot and obtaining a construction permit for VR Shekvetili Forest Beach.
2026
Acquisition of a 1.9-hectare land plot and obtaining a construction permit for VR Vake Sky Tower.
